The nature & extent of harassment

In this section we'll provide some background on sexual harassment in the workplace. The lesson should take you about 15 minutes, but work at your own pace.
     We'll ask you to respond to a question every few screens, just to make sure our explanation is clear. No one's keeping score on these questions, but you ought to try to get them correct. Our aim, frankly, is to make sure you realize the pervasiveness of the problem and its cost, both in monetary terms and in anguish and turmoil to everyone involved.
