| Interpreting the harassment policy Most organizations have a policy on sexual harassment which affirms their commitment to a harassment-free workplace and spells out the procedures for handling an incident. The purpose is to let everyone know what is expected of him/her and what to do if a harassment incident comes to their attention. In this lesson we'll look at a model poicy and ask you to review your own organization's policy on sexual harassment. We'll look at several specific statements and procedures which you should be familiar with, regardless of whether or not you supervise others. This lesson will probably take you less than 10 minutes. |
