Interpreting the harassment policy

Supervisors are expected to know the policies and procedures pretty well, but other employees are likely to consult the policy manual only when a question arises. One message from the courts comes through loud and clear, regardless of what is in your employer's manual: you have a positive duty to prevent sexual harassment among the people reporting to you.
Let's see what you know about your organization's policy:
I don't know if there is a formal policy on sexual
               harassment

I haven't looked at the policy
My supervisor is the source of policies I have to be
              concerned with

I am fairly familiar with the policy on sexual harassment
